US media cover Royal Wedding most, but UK has most social media buzz

Measuring news coverage and online buzz during the past 6+ months since they annouced their engagement, Nielsen found that the US news media covered the Royal Wedding about twice as often as their counterparts in the UK and Australia. However the share of social media buzz about the Royal Wedding and it’s participants was higher in the UK than the US. Of course, this is all in advance of their wedding day, when we’ll find out how much the public is truly interested in the wedding…
