It’s remarkable how often this happens to me, and I do not have a common name by any means.
In particular, there’s one person whose mother, the principal of a private Jewish day school in Florida, continually emails links and other crap for her son. Even after I’ve emailed her back to tell her that she has the wrong person, and engaged with her in a conversation about whether we might be distantly related. I’ve since given up and now just delete her emails.

True story: this happened to me so often that I eventually abandoned that email address. It got to a point where roughly half of all the email I received was not intended for me.
